Our Path to Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility: LAVEL GROUP and LAV.EL. GOMMA for the Future

LAVEL CARES is the new logo that identifies all the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives of the LAVEL Group companies, including LAV.EL. Gomma, SGM, LAVEL HOLDING, and the LAVELAST brand.

This logo is not just an image, but a tangible symbol of our commitment to operating sustainably and responsibly. For us, Corporate Social Responsibility means acting ethically, always taking into account the impact of our actions on the environment and society. LAVEL GROUP has always been attentive to the expectations of our stakeholders: the employees who contribute to our success every day, the customers who place their trust in our products, the suppliers who share our values, and the local community in which we are rooted.

LAVEL CARES embodies our dedication to a more sustainable and inclusive future. It is an expression of our desire to make a difference by promoting practices that reduce our environmental impact and strengthen our social contribution.

ESG LAVE.EL. GOMMA

A fundamental milestone in our company's journey: the publication of our first Sustainability Report 2024.

At LAV.EL. GOMMA, we believe that growth must be achieved with care and responsibility. For this reason, we have chosen to embark on a strategic and progressive path of sustainability, integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into the daily management of the company.

This commitment is our response to global challenges and our desire to generate shared value for our employees, customers, suppliers, and the local community. Our first Sustainability Report transparently describes who we are, how we operate, and where we want to go.

Governance (G)

Our governance is based on the values of trust, people, and growth. While maintaining a family-run approach, we have a structured model with a Board of Directors and a Board of Statutory Auditors.

  • Ethics and Compliance: We adopt an Ethics Policy to ensure respect for human rights and legality. No incidents of corruption were recorded in 2023 and 2024.
  • Integrated Management System: We are certified to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 (Quality, in force since 1998), UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 (Environment, since 2012), and UNI ISO 45001:2018 (Health and Safety, since 2017).
  • Innovation and R&D: Research and Development is the driving force behind our evolution. Our activities focus on the development of elastomeric formulations and regulatory support. A key achievement is the development of the EasyLav14 product, a long-life surface treatment that is completely PFAS-free.
  • Supply Chain: 67% of the economic value distributed goes to suppliers, whom we consider strategic partners. We require our compound suppliers to have ISO 9001 certification, material traceability, and compliance with environmental regulations (REACH, MOCA, and absence of PFAS).
