Innovation and Governance: We have strengthened our standards with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications , and R&D has led us to develop cutting-edge solutions like the totally PFAS-free EasyLav14 treatments
People and Society: The growth of our workforce to 150 employees is supported by stability (99% hold permanent contracts) and investment in know-how (a +42% increase in training hours, totaling 1,032 hours in 2024).
Environment and Climate: For the first time, we calculated our Organizational Carbon Footprint (CFO), quantifying our total impact at 11,370.04 $tC O_{2} e q$ (2023 data) and identifying key areas for emission reduction, particularly within the supply chain.
